Norimasa Mitani (born March 3, 1958) is a former Japanese keirin and rugby athlete. He hails from Kyoto Prefecture and graduated from the 49th term of the Japanese Keirin School. During his active sports career, he was registered as a cyclist in Shiga and Nara. As a notable figure in keirin, he has trained his three sons, all of whom are competitive cyclists, including Masafumi Mitani (93rd term) and Shotaro Mitani (92nd term). He also has a daughter who is the sister of the Mitani cycling brothers.
