Novica Đukić was a Serbian comic artist, journalist, and editor, born on May 27, 1925, in Belgrade. He gained recognition for editing the children's magazine Kekec and for his own comic works. Throughout his career, he contributed significantly to the Serbian comic scene. He received a Special Award for his contributions to Serbian comics in 2010 during the International Comics Salon in Belgrade. He passed away on September 1, 2012, in Koraćica, near Mladenovac.
