Nubar Levon Aslanyan (born November 12, 1931, in Cairo, Egypt) is an Armenian biochemist and biologist. He earned his Doctor of Medical Sciences degree in 1969 and became a professor in 1971. His work has contributed to the fields of biochemistry and life sciences.
