Nuraddin Shikhaliyev was an Azerbaijani soldier who died in the Second Nagorno-Karabakh War. He was born on December 29, 1998, in Qızılağac, Azerbaijan. He joined the Azerbaijani Armed Forces on September 21, 2020, and fought in the war that began on September 27, 2020. He was killed in action near Shusha on November 6, 2020. Shikhaliyev was posthumously awarded the "For the Homeland" medal and the "For the Liberation of Shusha" medal for his service in the war.
