Nursulu Ibyraikyzy Boketova, born in 1948, is a distinguished Kazakh philologist and educator. She earned her PhD in Philology in 1995 and became a professor in 1998. After graduating from Almaty Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages in 1970, she worked as a foreign language teacher from 1970 to 1974, before serving at Karaganda State University until 1998 in various academic roles. Since 1996, she has been the rector of the Lingua Institute and has authored over 50 scientific works, including 5 monographs.
