Octavius Richard Holger Norreen (1907-1993) was a Danish police officer who became a member of the National Socialist Workers' Party of Denmark (DNSAP). He served as an officer in Frikorps Danmark under the Waffen-SS and was later a member of the Schalburg Corps. In the final weeks of the German occupation of Denmark, he served as the chief of HIPO. After the war, Norreen was sentenced to death during the post-war reckoning, but this was later commuted to 20 years in prison following an appeal.
