Odd Johan Nelvik is a Norwegian journalist and former editor-in-chief of the weekly magazine Se og Hør. He was born on November 28, 1955, in Sunndalsøra. Nelvik began his career at Aura Avis and had stints at other publications before joining Se og Hør in 1978 as a photo reporter. He was named co-editor with the magazine's founder in 1985 and later became the publishing director. Nelvik has been involved in discussions about celebrity journalism and played a more conciliatory role compared to his predecessor. He stepped down in 2008 and co-founded Det norske brenneri in 2011.
