Odd Kjell Skjegstad, born June 29, 1935, is a former journalist and communications leader in various organizations. He grew up on Uthus farm in Romedal, Hedmark, as the son of journalist Adolf Skjegstad. After completing his education at Hamar Cathedral School, he worked as a teacher and then a journalist. Skjegstad held significant roles in communications, including as the information chief for Landbrukets Sentralforbund and as director of communication at NSB, notably during the 1975 Tretten accident. He has authored several books and is an active speaker in retirement.
