Oddny Kårtvedt Omdal, born in 1948, is a Norwegian gospel singer associated with the Pentecostal movement in Norway. She formed a musical duo with her sister Milly known as Milly and Oddny, performing and recording from 1966 to 1984. Growing up in Åsane, near Bergen, she began singing and playing guitar at the age of 10. Later, they toured as gospel singers sent by the Tabernacle Pentecostal Church in Bergen. In later life, Omdal lived in Kristiansand, worked in home healthcare, and was politically active in the Christian Democratic Party (KrF).
