Odilon Marcel Mortier was a Belgian actor, conductor, joke-teller, and carnival figure known for his role as Odilon Bonheur in the comedy series De Kotmadam, which aired from 1991 until shortly before his death in 2012. He was also a regular guest on the joke program HT&D and wrote several song lyrics, including a hit single in Aalst, Mèn ieneg Oilsjt. In 2002, he became conductor of the Actif Club orchestra and also led the Aalsterse Big Band. Mortier was actively involved in Aalst's carnival culture until his passing.
