Ola Frost (1919–1988) was a Norwegian master mason, entrepreneur, and politician associated with the Conservative Party. He began his career with his own masonry company in Trondheim in 1943, later expanding into contracting with his son. Active in several professional organizations, he held roles such as president of the Norwegian Federation of Craft and Industrial Businesses. He served in Malvik's municipal council and was a member of Høyre's leadership. Frost was also a Freemason and was knighted by the Order of St. Olav.
