Ólafur Páll Torfason, also known as Opee, is an Icelandic songwriter and rapper, born on February 9, 1984. He grew up in the Vesturbær area of Reykjavik. In 2003, he released his debut album Eternal in collaboration with musician Eilífur Erni Þrastason, forming the band O.N.E. They released the album One Day the same year, which received nominations for FM 957's listener awards and Radio X awards, achieving notable success on Iceland's leading radio stations and music channels. He won awards for the song 'Mess it Up' with Quarashi in 2004.
