Ole Christian Tvede Geisler was a Danish resistance fighter and SOE agent during World War II. Originally aspiring to be an engineer, he abandoned his studies in 1935 to serve as a steward. Known as 'Lange Aksel', he became a captain in the Special Operations Executive (SOE) and made significant contacts with the Hvidstengruppen and key SOE leaders. His dedicated contributions to the resistance efforts earned him the Distinguished Service Order. Geisler died in South Africa in 1948, several years after the German occupation.
