Ole Rikard Høisæther is a Norwegian publishing director, consul general, author, and design writer, born on August 9, 1956. He holds a master's degree in art history from the University of Oslo. He has served as director of several publishing houses including Dreyer, Grøndahl, Faktum, and Orfeus. Since 2014, he has been the secretary-general of the Society for Oslo City’s Well-being and editor of their journal, St. Hallvard. Høisæther is also the consul general for El Salvador in Norway, leading the Oslo consulate since 1992 and has other roles in various organizations.
