He serves as the chief specialist at the Department of Information Preparation for Internal Affairs in Ternopil Oblast. Snitovskyi is a member of the Union of Journalists of Ukraine since 1983 and has been recognized as an Honored Journalist of Ukraine. He is also the son of Ivan Snitovskyi.
