Koloniari serves as the Honorary President of the Association of Entrepreneurs 'Business Cooperation Center' in Mariupol. Additionally, he is a member of the presidium of the All-Ukrainian Union of Deputies of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada, participating since October 2002.
