Olga Kovitidi is a Ukrainian and Russian politician, born on May 7, 1962. She has been a member of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia, representing the executive branch of the Republic of Crimea since April 15, 2014. From March 26, 2006, until March 17, 2014, she served as a deputy in the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and was also the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Crimea for a brief period in March 2014. Kovitidi is known for her anti-Ukrainian statements on Russian television.
