Olive P. Lester (December 19, 1903 - October 10, 1996) was an American academic and outspoken advocate for women. Her research in social psychology focused on contemporary issues of her time, and she frequently lectured on topics related to personality and social perception. She was the first woman to chair the Department of Arts and Sciences at the University of Buffalo, serving longer in this role than any of her successors. Lester developed a curriculum for the nursing school at the University of Buffalo.
