Onyinye Chikezie is a retired Nigerian sprinter known for her specialization in the 100 metres. She achieved significant success by winning a gold medal at the African Championships in Cairo in 1990. Her personal best time in the 100 metres is recorded at 11.56 seconds. Chikezie also participated in the 1992 World Junior Championships in Seoul, competing in the 100 metres and 200 metres, and was a member of Nigeria's 4×100 metres relay team, though she did not advance to the finals in these events.
