Orba Elmer Jackson was an American robber born on May 20, 1906, who gained notoriety by being placed on the FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list in 1950. He was known for his criminal activities which led him to become a federal prisoner. In September 1950, he was returned to Leavenworth Prison to serve a two-year sentence that ran concurrently with another sentence he was already serving. He passed away on January 8, 1993.
