Orhan Dragaš is a Kosovo politician and the chairman of the Gora Civic Initiative. He is an expert in security and international relations, based in Serbia. He founded and directs the International Institute for Security in Belgrade. Dragaš is also an author, having written numerous expert articles, newspaper publications, and books including 'The Modern Intelligence and Security Community', 'Utopia or Reality', and 'Two Faces of Globalization – Truth and Deception'.
