Orvar Nilsson (April 20, 1919 – December 21, 2008) was a Swedish soldier who volunteered in the Winter War and the Continuation War. He joined a Swedish volunteer battalion during the Winter War and later became a lieutenant in the Finnish army. After the war, he returned to service in the Swedish army, holding various positions and serving in UN forces, eventually rising to the rank of lieutenant colonel. Notably, he authored a book about his experiences and received recognition for his service, including an honor from King Carl XVI Gustaf.
