Orwa Nyrabia is a Syrian independent documentary filmmaker, director, actor, and writer, born on December 16, 1977. He is also the founder of the Worldwide Days of Documentary Cinema festival in Syria. Since late 2013, he has been residing in Berlin, Germany. Nyrabia has made significant contributions to the documentary film industry and continues to be an influential figure in the field.
