Óscar Armando Flores Midence was a Honduran lawyer, notary, journalist, businessman, and politician. He served as the President of the Supreme Court of Justice of Honduras from 1963 to 1965. Additionally, he was a minister in the government of President Ramón Villeda Morales and was the founder and first director of the newspaper La Tribuna. Born on July 4, 1912, in Tegucigalpa, he played a significant role in the country's legal and media landscape until his death on December 31, 1980.
