Óscar Ramírez Durán, known as Comrade Feliciano, is a convicted Peruvian terrorist and former political leader, born on March 16, 1953. He was the leader of the Shining Path, a Marxist–Leninist–Maoist terrorist group that was active in Peru during the 1990s. His leadership contributed to the group's acts of violence and terrorism during a tumultuous period in Peru's history, and he remains a significant figure within the context of political violence in the country.
