Otoni Moura de Paula, known as Otoni de Paula Pai or Otoni de Paula, Sr., was a Brazilian pastor and politician. He served as a member of the Legislative Assembly of Rio de Janeiro from 2023 until his death in 2024. Otoni was notable for his involvement in the Brazilian Democratic Movement and was the father of politician Otoni de Paula. He passed away from liver cancer in Rio de Janeiro at the age of 71.
