Otto F:son Mannerstråle was a Swedish civil engineer born on March 25, 1903, in Uppsala and passed away on May 19, 1948, in Kungsholms församling, Stockholm. He completed his education at the Royal Institute of Technology in 1926. Mannerstråle worked as a designer for Christiani & Nielsen in Copenhagen and later in Stockholm, was chief designer for Iranian railway constructions in the early 1930s, and co-founded the engineering firm Kjessler & Mannerstråle in 1934. He is buried at Norra begravningsplatsen in Stockholm.
