P. Kilemsungla is a prominent Indian educationist from Kohima, Nagaland. She made history as the first woman from Nagaland to be appointed a member of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Her contributions to literature and education earned her a Padma Shri award. Kilemsungla previously served on the Nagaland Public Service Commission from February 1, 2007, to September 12, 2012, and was the acting chairperson until her retirement on January 31. She was also a lecturer and principal at various educational institutions.
