P. Ravindran (Padmanabhan Ravindran) was an influential Indian politician from Kerala, holding the position of Minister for Industries, Labour, and Forests from November 1969 to August 1970. He served as the secretary of the CPI Legislature Party and was a significant figure in building party cadre in Kerala. He was elected as MLA for various constituencies, notably representing Chathannoor. Ravindran faced imprisonment due to political reasons and held leadership roles in several publishing companies. He passed away on 13 November 1997, just before his 75th birthday.
