Pamela Espeut Barton (1917–1943) was an English amateur golfer known for her remarkable achievements in the sport during the 1930s. She gained prominence after winning the French International Ladies Golf Championship at 17 and later the British Ladies Amateur. Barton made history by winning the U.S. Women's Amateur, making her the first foreign winner in 23 years. Besides her golfing success, she served in World War II as an ambulance driver and later as a Flight Officer in the WAAF, where she tragically lost her life in an air crash.
