Parbati Giri (1926–1995) was a prominent female freedom fighter from Odisha, India, known as the Mother Teresa of Western Odisha. She actively participated in the Indian Freedom Struggle, particularly during the Quit India movement at the age of 16, which led to her imprisonment for two years. After India gained independence, she dedicated her life to social service, notably establishing an orphanage in Paikmal village to aid orphans and support their welfare.
