Parker Burrell was a Canadian politician and a member of the Manitoba Legislative Assembly from 1988 to 1990. He represented Swan River for the Progressive Conservative Party, defeating the incumbent NDP candidate in the election. Despite being the only Tory MLA from northern Manitoba, he did not hold a cabinet position. He lost his seat in the 1990 election and did not pursue further political office. Outside of politics, Burrell worked as a commercial fisherman and served as a Director of the Manitoba Federation of Fishermen.
