He is best known for his role as Harry Thompson in the Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks, where he was a part of the cast for four years before his character was killed off in 2019. He received a nomination for Best Newcomer at the 2016 National Television Awards. In 2022, Glasspool transitioned to another prominent role, being cast as Jason Denshaw in the ITV soap opera Emmerdale.
