Paşa Qəlbinur, whose full name is Paşa İsmayıl oğlu Musayev, is an Azerbaijani poet and ophthalmologist. He has been a member of the Azerbaijan Writers' Union since 1992 and was awarded the All-Union Komsomol Prize in 1983. He earned his doctorate in medical sciences in 1987 and became a professor in 1988. In 1994, he became a full member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and was honored as an honorary doctor by the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences in 2005. He has held leadership roles in international ophthalmology organizations since 2008.
