Patricia A. Ford, born on September 27, 1955, is an American physician, cancer specialist, and hematologist. She serves as the director of the Center of Bloodless Medicine at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia. Ford is widely regarded as a pioneer in bloodless surgery and medicine, having performed the first bloodless stem cell transplant in 1995. She has completed over 700 procedures and teaches this technique to doctors around the world.
