Paul A. Dyster is an American politician born on April 21, 1954. He served as the 30th mayor of Niagara Falls, New York, from 2008 to 2019, representing the Democratic Party. Dyster was a member of the Niagara Falls City Council from 2000 to 2003. He was first elected as mayor in 2007 and successfully reelected in 2011 and 2015. However, he opted not to run for a fourth term in 2019.
