Paul Gehler (February 2, 1921 – November 5, 2005) was a Swiss politician associated with BGB and SVP, representing the Canton of Bern in the National Council from 1971 to 1979. He studied medicine in Fribourg and Bern and later opened a medical practice in Bassecourt. Gehler was also a Lieutenant Colonel in the Swiss Army. Active in politics, he opposed separatist movements in the Jura region and was involved in establishing the new constitution for the Canton of Jura. He retired from politics in 1979 after not being nominated for a government position.
