Major Paul Randell Odgers (30 July 1915 – 24 December 2007) was a British civil servant and Army officer who served in World War II. He operated with the Eighth Army in the Italian campaign and the 21st Army Group in north-west Europe. Odgers was the last survivor of Field Marshal Montgomery's tactical headquarters at the time of his death, witnessing the German surrender at Lüneburg Heath. He joined the Board of Education in 1937 and held roles such as Assistant Secretary in the Ministry of Education and Deputy Secretary under Margaret Thatcher.
