Paul Spencer is a film producer and former drummer known for his work with bands such as Magazine and Speedometors. He briefly replaced drummer Martin Jackson in Magazine in 1978, participating in television performances and a European tour until he was informed of his departure before the band's second album. Spencer later joined Speedometors and contributed to one of their albums. He also worked with Alex Harvey until Harvey's passing. Currently, he focuses on film production.
