Paul Edin Joel Vesterfjell (1921-2000) was a South Sámi reindeer herder, farmer, and traditional storyteller, raised in Åbjøra, Bindal, and later settled in Namsskogan, Norway. His artistic work includes 'Dah golme åerpenh', first published in 1983 and later as a children's book in 2013, recounting the tale of three personified winds. Vesterfjell also contributed personal narratives to Leif Elsvatn's book 'Sørsamer forteller' and has been featured in interviews and audio recordings preserved by the National Archives of Norway.
