Pedro da Silva is a former Brazilian decathlete, born on October 24, 1966. He did not complete the decathlon at the 1987 World Championships in Rome but won gold at the 1991 Pan American Games in Havana. His career saw a premature exit at the 1991 World Championships in Tokyo and the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona, where he struggled in the hurdles and discus events. He achieved his personal best score of 8266 points on April 23, 1987, in Walnut and placed fifth at the 1995 Pan American Games in Mar del Plata.
