Peio Egaña, born on March 28, 1966, in Pamplona, Spain, is a former Spanish pelota player. He was selected for the 1992 Barcelona Olympics where pelota was a demonstration sport, winning a silver medal alongside teammates. Egaña also competed in the Pelota World Championships from 1986 to 1998, earning a bronze in 1986, silver in 1990, and bronze in 1994, but did not medal in 1998. He won the Spanish Youth Championships in short-hand ball in 1983 and 1984 before specializing in the trinquete discipline at the senior level.
