Professor Mandulova teaches internal medicine, pulmonary diseases, phthisiatry, general oncology, and immunology, and writes textbooks on pulmonary diseases and lung tumors. She practices medicine at the Medical University in Plovdiv and is registered in the International Tumor Immunotherapy Register in the USA, with over fifteen publications abroad and more than one hundred conference participations in Bulgaria.
