Per E. Vale (1926–2014) was a Norwegian politician and agronomist, a member of the Liberal Party (V). He worked in agricultural administration in Bodø and was a city council member from 1968 to 1969. Vale served as Secretary of State in the Ministry of Agriculture and later took an administrative role as Deputy Director. He was a chief agricultural officer in Buskerud from 1978 to 1993 and chaired Norway's Handicraft Association from 1980 to 1984.
