Per Elvestuen is a Norwegian illustrator born on August 14, 1962, in Gjøvik. He worked for Dagens Næringsliv from 1988 to 2009 and later for E24 Næringsliv. In addition to his newspaper work, Elvestuen is a communications adviser at Aabø & Co. He published a children's book in 1995 and two collections of editorial cartoons in 1999 and 2004. Notably, he received the Editorial Cartoon of the Year award in 2003.
