Per O. Rimolsrønning (1944–1997) was a Norwegian teacher and politician affiliated with the Conservative Party (H). He served as the mayor of Melhus from 1988 to 1989. A political activist since 1959, he founded Melhus Unge Høyre and held several leadership positions within the party. Rimolsrønning was a member of the municipal council from 1968 to 1991 and served in various roles, including deputy mayor and county council member. In addition, he was chairman of the board at the Regional Hospital in Trondheim from 1980 to 1987.
