Per Odberg was a Norwegian Supreme Court lawyer and politician for the Conservative Party (Høyre). He served as the mayor of Sandefjord for three terms from 1976 to 1987. His work included winning awards from the Norwegian Bar Association for his legal writings. In 1969, his submission titled 'Smørblomst' was published, and he received recognition for his research on property rights and restrictions as outlined in various laws. Odberg was the son of Supreme Court lawyer Jens Paulus Irgens Odberg and Lilly Odberg.
