Per Togner is a former Swedish bandy player born on April 10, 1955. He played for Nässjö IF, IF Boltic, Vetlanda BK, and IF Göta Bandy. Togner won two World Championship gold medals in 1981 and 1983. He was named the Swedish bandy player of the year in 1980 and contributed to winning seven Swedish championship titles with Boltic.
