Perrance Shiri, born Bigboy Samson Chikerema, was a prominent Zimbabwean air officer and government official. He served as Minister of Lands, Agriculture and Rural Resettlement from December 1, 2017, until his death on July 29, 2020. Prior to this role, he was the commander of the Air Force of Zimbabwe. Known for his controversial claims, he referred to himself as 'Black Jesus.' A cousin of Robert Mugabe, Shiri held significant influence within the military and government through his position in the Joint Operations Command.
