Peter George Dascoulias is a former American biathlete born on April 17, 1949, in Franklin, New Hampshire. He represented the U.S. national team at the 1974 Minsk and 1975 Antholz events and participated in the 1976 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck, where he finished eleventh in the 4x7.5 km relay. He earned a 20 km biathlon national championship in 1976. He studied at the University of New Hampshire, obtaining degrees in adult education and international relations, and served 22 years in the U.S. Army before becoming a Spanish teacher and a pilot.
